This agent will drop you or cost you after years of not having any claims and being a good customer, because Chad & his staff do not know how to write a policy correctly. Inexperienced agency- especially when it comes to homeowner/dwelling policies. They love to take your money and run and blame the customer for their own error in policy writing. His response to this review is a clear sign of how he handles business. Blaming the customer & never apologizing."
